Hoku Scientific is a materials science company focused on clean energy technologies. Historically, we have focused on developing new products for hydrogen fuel cells. We are now planning to diversify our business by forming two new businesses: an integrated photovoltaic, or PV, module business, and a polysilicon business, which is a primary material used in the manufacture of PV modules.
